About

I’m a passionate designer with a background in psychology and finance, which gives me a unique perspective on crafting design solutions that address both user needs and behaviors. My approach is rooted in understanding how users think, feel, and interact with digital spaces.I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and earned my certification in UX/UI Design through the University’s Bootcamp program.Over the course of my career, I’ve worked on a variety of projects, from start-ups to established firms. I collaborated with Campus Concierge, a University of Minnesota–based start-up, where I created wireframes and contributed to UX strategy alongside the development team and founder. I also work with Ifiwas, a San Francisco–based start-up, helping shape UX strategy and contributing to the design and development of a website for a VR initiative.Currently, I work with a financial firm at Foster Klima in recruiting and development, where I oversee the full candidate journey—from sourcing and onboarding to training and retention. Approaching this process through a UX lens has allowed me to identify pain points, streamline experiences, and create smoother pathways for both candidates and the firm. In addition, I’ve applied my design expertise to the digital side of our business by redesigning the company website and mobile pages, optimizing information flow and enhancing usability for prospective recruits and clients alike. My expertise includes user research, information architecture, prototyping, and creating seamless user experiences. I use tools like Figma, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to bring ideas to life and design interfaces that are not only functional but also engaging.I’m excited about the work I do, and I look forward to sharing my design journey and collaborating on future projects!
